I hired a personal trainer for 3 months to focus on improving my functional fitness to help me push harder and further in the outdoors while paragliding, backcountry snowboarding, and mountain biking.

Key takeaway

Being fit will allow me to take my hobbies further and accomplish larger goals, fly longer flights, and ride taller and steeper mountains. This makes me happy.
